Right to Know About Personal Information Collected, Disclosed, or Sold

After your submission, Mjollnir Group will confirm receipt of your request within 10 days unless it provides a response within that timeframe. The Mjollnir Group will verify your identity by matching information you provide to your personal information it maintains. Mjollnir Group will respond to your request within 45 days of receipt unless more time is necessary, in which case it will inform you.

Note: Mjollnir Group Inc. does not sell or will sell a consumers’ personal information except as allowed by law.

In the past 12 months, Mjollnir Group Inc. has collected the following categories of consumers’ personal information:

• Personal identifiers such as name, address, and email address. The Mjollnir Group Inc to whom your request is made receives this information from original creditors and others from whom Accounts are purchased, and service providers hired to provide location and collection services. The Mjollnir Group Inc. collects this information to service accounts. It shares this information with service providers hired to provide collection services.
• Categories of information described in Section 1798.80(e) of the California Civil Code such as insurance policy information, bank account information, other financial information, medical information and health insurance information. The Mjollnir Group Inc. receives this information from original creditors and others from whom Accounts are purchased. The Mjollnir Group Inc. collects this information to service accounts. It shares this information with service providers hired to provide collection services.
• Professional or employment related information, The Mjollnir Group Inc. receives this information from original creditors and others from whom Accounts are purchased, and vendors hired to provide location and collection services. The Mjollnir Group Inc. collects this information to service Accounts. It shares this information with Service Providers hired to provide collection services.
• Other information about you that is linked to the personal information above. The Mjollnir Group Inc. receives this information from original creditors and others from whom accounts are purchased, and Service Providers hired to provide location and collection services. The Mjollnir Group Inc. collects this information to service accounts. We share this information with Service Providers hired to provide collection services.

Note: The term “Account” or “Accounts” means an account receivable originated by other than Mjollnir Group Inc. purchased the rights, title and interest to such account receivable.

Other than as allowed by law relating to the sale of Accounts to third parties that purchase the right, title and interest to Accounts sold by Mjollnir Group, Inc. have sold any personal information to third parties for the preceding 12 months. In the preceding 12 months, we have disclosed the following categories of personal information to third parties for a business purpose:

After your submission the Mjollnir Group Inc.will verify your identity by matching information you provide to your personal information we maintain, and then provide you a response that it has honored your request or provide you a response which details the reasons why all or part of your request has been denied.

Right to Non-Discrimination for the Exercise of a Consumer’s Privacy Rights

California Consumers have a right not to receive discriminatory treatment for the exercise of the privacy rights conferred by the CCPA.

Authorized Agent

California Consumers can designate an authorized agent to make a request under the CCPA on their behalf. To do so, you must provide written authorization to your authorized agent to make the request on your behalf, and the authorized agent must provide the Mjollnir Group with that written authorization. In addition, we will need you to verify your identity with the Mjollnir Group Inc. whom your request is made directly.
